Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering fresh, high-quality dry fruits, but if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if,

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and in the same condition as when delivered.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • You must share photo or video evidence of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for,

  • Opened or partially consumed packages.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (0304-3927773) or Email (return@premiumpicks.pk) with your order number and photos of the issue (e.g., damaged product or wrong item).
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the error was on our part.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided, or we’ll arrange a pickup.
  • If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund or Replacement

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Replacements: Approved replacements will be shipped to you promptly.

6. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product and wish to exchange it, contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange process.

7. Cancellations

  • To cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for returns as per our policy.
